If after your initial FREE 20-minute phone consultation by calling 415.823.0022 and you have decided to try my therapy, please review the following information. I ask you to do this prior to your 1st session with me so we don't have to spend a signifiant portion of your session time on paperwork. After you review these documents, please feel free to contact me for clarification. I will also spend some time facilitating any of your questions and concerns during your 1st session so we can be on the same page.
Consent and Policy
Just like other medical offices, I have a 48-hour notice cancellation policy in place. If you cancel less than 48-hours, you will be charged your full fee unless it's a life-threatening emergency or other special circumstances. I appreciate you for honoring this so all of my clients could benefit from their scheduled appointments. The Consent and Policies will be shared with the new clients before their first session.
